About the UPgrade Challenge:

A programme that focuses on developing the socio-emotional skills of students from various study cycles and training areas, to allow you to learn about other areas of study, experiences and career paths, while also gaining close contact with the job market.

Multidisciplinary teams of students will solve challenges launched by partner companies, integrating mentoring sessions and visits to startups, workshops, team buildings, and support for career development.

It is a programme for the Promotion of Mental Health in Higher Education, funded by DGES and promoted by U.Porto through the Talent and Career Center, carried out by UPTEC - Science and Technology Park of University of Porto.

• Work as a team on real challenges from our partners
• Ideate to better understand the problem and potential solutions
• Gain different perspectives through mentorships
• Present your ideas with a Pitch
• Participate in career planning sessions
• Get to know the innovation ecosystem
• Talk with startup founders
• Developing problem-solving and multidisciplinary work skills

🏆 Prizes:

The three best teams will win up to 250€ each: total of 750€
